James Coyne

James studied economics and business at Florida Atlantic University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2017. He then immediately started his career in the insurance industry with the largest insurance company in the state of Florida, Universal Property and Casualty Insurance. He quickly moved through the ranks and became one of the top claim adjusters in the company. He has negotiated well over two thousand property damage insurance claims against the top public adjusters and attorneys in the state of Florida, including President of All Points Claim Advisors Mark Streeter. James took his property damage claims handling experience to the next level when managing extreme caseloads for the company throughout several hurricane seasons. He inspected and adjusted claims for catastrophic hurricanes Irma & Michael in Florida and hurricane Florence across the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia where he also holds a license as an adjuster today. After 3 years of learning the ins and outs of the property insurance business James decided to join the APCA family in 2020 as a Public Adjuster.

With over seven years of handling, adjusting, and negotiating insurance claims James lives in central Florida with his wife and their dog.  Central Florida is a strategic location for James because it gives him efficient access to both coasts as he travels the state helping homeowners and condominium owners with their property damage insurance claims. James has processed, managed, and successfully settled thousands of insurance claims in Pensacola and surrounding areas and commercial claims for condominium and business owners from the catastrophic losses of Hurricanes. James specializes in maximizing settlements of plumbing, wind, and hail damage insurance claims throughout the state when not assisting on hurricane damage claims. James was acknowledged for his arduous work and dedication to his clients was promoted to Vice President of All Points Claim Advisors where he will be focusing on expanding the company through organic efforts.

James is also a licensed home inspector and is currently studying to become a licensed mold accessor. He feels it is particularly important to continue with his education, certifications, and licenses as he progresses through the property insurance industry.

James Comes from a large family and is very goal oriented, hardworking and charismatic. When not working on the growth of the company or helping his clients, he enjoys spending time with family, at the gym or the golf course.
